Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Sanaa platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use Sanaa

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sanaa. By using the platform you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Candidate accounts

As a candidate you may:

  • β†’Create a profile and portfolio showcasing your creative work
  • β†’Apply to job listings posted by verified employers
  • β†’Set your profile visibility to public or private at any time
  • β†’Subscribe to and unsubscribe from job alert emails

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and the work you present as your own.

4. Employer accounts

As an employer you may:

  • β†’Post job listings after your account has been verified by Sanaa
  • β†’View applications from candidates who apply to your listings
  • β†’Search public candidate profiles to find talent proactively
  • β†’Manage your company profile and branding

Job listings must be genuine, for real roles, and must not discriminate on the basis of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • βœ•Post fraudulent, misleading, or scam job listings
  • βœ•Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
  • βœ•Use the platform to spam or harass other users
  • βœ•Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
  • βœ•Impersonate another person or company

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (portfolio items, CV, profile bio). By uploading content you grant Sanaa a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform as part of your profile. We will never sell or license your content to third parties.

7. Job listings

All job listings are reviewed by our admin team before going live. Sanaa reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that violates these terms or our content standards. Listings expire after 30 days and can be renewed by the employer.

8. Disclaimer

Sanaa is a platform that connects employers and candidates. We do not guarantee employment, and we are not a party to any employment agreement made through the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy of job listings posted by employers.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
